Our Policies

Please read carefully before booking a picnic!

• Payment Methods: We will invoice you once all details about your picnic have been finalized.  We currently accept all major credit and debit cards.

• Non-refundable Deposit Fee: Once your picnic is approved, a 50% deposit fee is required to confirm your date. Your remaining balance is due 72 hours before your picnic. We do not set up your picnic unless we have the full payment.

• Cancelations & Rescheduling: Picnics cannot be cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to your picnic. Rescheduling can only be done 48 hours or more prior to your picnic. We will reschedule you for a future date (within 90 days of original picnic date) *subject to availability.*

• Weather Conditions:  Weather can be unpredictable. If the weather conditions on the day of your picnic do not permit for a picnic, you may reschedule your picnic for a later date (within 90 days of original event) with no penalties *subject to availability.*

• Cleaning Protocols:  All items are washed and disinfected before and after every use. While setting up your picnic, we use gloves. 

• Picnic Liability: During the duration of your picnic, you are liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment, and can be charged a fee if any of these occur. We do not permit the use of any open flame candles at our picnics, and we are not liable for any consequences of live fire.  

• Please Note: All picnics must end at least 30 minutes prior to sunset if in a public area, unless prior arrangements have been made with us. This is for our safety and the safety of our clients.

Additionally, Do Not under any circumstances leave your picnic unattended. If you would like to leave your picnic early, please call us 20 mins prior to when you would like to leave and we will return asap.
